All voters who live in the
City of Richardson will vote on:
- Richardson City Council Places 1-6 and the Mayor (Place 7). Places 1-4 have a residency requirement, but all voters in the city vote for all 7 places.

Dallas County portion of Richardson, or in the
RISD portions of Garland and Dallas:
- Voters who live within the boundaries of Richardson ISD Board of Trustees District 2 will vote on District 2 (single-member).
